Elise Bothe
With over a decade of experience as a Brand Manager for international and national fashion brands, Elise has leveraged her experience in marketing to create deep-rooted relationships with major retailers, media outlets, and PR professionals that influence the diverse reach of Elan Collective.
These collaborations, combined with her marketing acumen, allow Elan to deliver high-impact, results-driven collaborations that significantly benefit developers, elevating both their projects and brand presence in the marketplace.
Elise is dedicated to giving back, actively supporting mental health awareness and contributing to initiatives that rebuild communities in need. Her passion for helping others inspires her work and fuels her commitment to making a positive impact.
Angela Lyon
Angela is a visionary designer with an impressive portfolio across Perth, WA. Renowned for delivering imaginative and personalised interiors, her unique style of blending traditional and contemporary styles ensures her designs are sustainable and remain timeless.
With a degree in Interior and graphic design, she draws on her extensive knowledge of colour, proportion and scale to execute projects that exceed client expectations. Beyond her work in high-end interiors, she is passionate about helping provide vulnerable women and children safe housing by assisting with voluntary furniture donations. Working with local charities, she encourages clients to donate quality furniture and artwork to assist with life-changing transitioning programs.
Danielle
Danielle ensures the smooth execution of our projects while maintaining a strong focus on delivering outcomes that resonate with both clients and end users. Translating complex strategies into clear, practical solutions, Danielle’s strength lies in her ability to view projects from the consumer’s perspective, ensuring our processes align with their needs and preferences.

When Danielle is not keeping us in line she’s living passionately outdoors and providing her two kids with endless adventures.
Kristina
Kristina is a recognised emerging talent in the industry and brings a youthful edge to our designs whilst implementing her highly developed skills to our detailed CAD drawings and construction documents.
Kristina is an experienced traveller who has explored much of the world travelling solo, drawing her design inspiration from some of the most unique places in the world.
Her passion for life and enthusiasm for exploring are evident in the high creativity she brings to our designs. When Kristina isn’t designing, she’s more than likely planning her next solo trip around Central America.
Merryn
Merryn’s expertise in financial record-keeping plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our creative projects. Her exceptional ability to distil intricate financial data into clear, actionable tasks helps streamline operations and support informed decision-making.

Elán Collective Supports Mental Health
Creative Recovery
Everybody deserves to thrive in a safe and inclusive community. Understanding the powerful impact art can have on mental health, Elán Collectives' vision is to establish an art program initiative that would provide a safe and supportive space for self-expression and healing.
Developed specifically to assist women transitioning from domestic violence situations, the art program would provide a creative outlet to build confidence and explore new skills to develop a renewed sense of self-worth.
Through painting, sculpture and other creative mediums, participants could explore and articulate feelings and emotions that foster personal growth and self-discovery.
